Lone Star’s kitchen is the locale for intimate hands-on and/or demonstration menu and special single topic classes which showcase Scotland’s bountiful larder.

Classic French techniques, tips and chef’s secrets lead the way to kitchen confidence, mastery of specialty cooking and inspirational entertaining.

Classes begin at £ 80.00 per person and are limited to 8 students, though often there will be a smaller class.

Informal and lasting around 3 hours, all you need to bring is your appetite to enjoy a wonderful meal with wine.
